Went to Omakase last night and it was amazing!!! As a vegan, I’d never had Omakase before and was so excited to try it. Chef David is amazing and explained all the courses. It was so yummy. I was surprised by how full I was at the end. The plating and presentation were beautiful. The ingredients were fresh and the flavors were really dynamic. I will definitely be back for the next seasonal menu and highly recommend to anyone who wants a plant based Omakase experience!

Very disappointed despite the awesome staff, excellent service, and inspired plant-based flavors. Unfortunately, the rice that was supposed to be the bedrock of the main "sushi" courses was poorly prepared and served stale.
Our rice came from the same pot used all night, which makes me think it was likely prepared hours ago. The fact that the course presentations required so much hand molding resulted in an unpleasant mix of cold, starchy mush peppered with undercooked grains. The texture reminded me of supermarket sushi that has been sitting in a display fridge all day.
We were the last round of diners for the evening, so they either don't care about their rice or for their guests with 10pm reservations. I know many Vegans don't mind compromising the basics for bold flavors and presentations, but I wouldn't recommend this place to any sushi lover.

I had a wonderful time. Sofia served us and the atmosphere was quiet and pleasant, but the food and service excelled. We had the sake flight and bougie 15-cpurse option, and every course was excellent and very well designed. I'll be definitely looking to incorporate the flavors I had into my own cooking, and the range of small bites was excellent and filling. Truly a great experience and worth the price tag- and frankly cheaper than similar quality non-vegan omakases.

We loved our dinner! Always so happy to find excellent plant based food. Drinks were a little slow - we prefer to receive our cocktails before first course.
