Philly native and Olde City founder Evan Stein has been serving up cheesesteaks in NYC since 2005 with his original concept Shorty’s. Evan has moved on to launch this truly unique brand. Each item on the menu is delicious. The beer selection is carefully curated with local breweries from PA and NY. The creative cocktails are unexpectedly serious and always served without pretension. My husband and I were able to share, the sandwich is large and delicious. Atmosphere is wonderful, plenty of TVs for watching your favorite sports. We will definitely return!

The worst cheesesteak in my life, and it’s not hard to make a cheesesteak. Now it makes sense as to why they’re calling themselves Bosscat cheesesteak online. Nobody would buy this horrible food if they knew it was the Olde City place. When restaurants start to do this it’s because nobody’s ordering their food anymore. The next stop Buy 1 Get 1 Free, and then they’ll end up closing down. I really hope that happens sooner than later! It’s not like this place is serving the neighborhood good great food. It’s just an eye sore every time I walk by it.
