My wife’s prime rib was outstanding a 10 out of 10 calamari was a 10 out of 10. My grouper presentation was good but maybe only an eight out of 10, but the overall experience from service food and atmosphere was top-notch

First old fashion drink was served with red cherry, not luxardo dark maraschino cherry which was described on menu. Bread was to die for and I'm not a bread eater. We had the Shrimp saute which was ok, shrimp were over cooked a bit and lacked Tabasco flavor. Waygu steak was like butter, absolutely delicious, it melted in your mouth, house salad was equally delicious with rich goat cheese and roasted walnuts. Grouper was excellent as well, I thought the lemon jus was a bit salty and I had too many lemon seeds in the dish. Bes, the restaurant manager was a highlight of the night. He made sure to correct the slight imperfections that were made. We're grateful for his attention, professionalism and gesture to make it right. Give Ocean Prime an opportunity, I think you'd like it.

- JSJeffrey SzeNov 16, 20251.0Just found out it was a chain, had I known I would've stayed away! So the service was great, host opened the door for my family of 4 with strollers and scooter, amazing. Waitress was very sweet, but the good stuff stops there. She was very unavailable even though she was very nice the few times she came over. Food took freaking forever to come out, maybe half an hour and the outdoor seating was half empty. Worse, when the food came out it simply was not very good. I've totally had better. For the price, it should be freaking amazing. If the decor made up for it that'd be one thing but the interior just didn't marry up with the prices. I'm really surprised the owner isn't addressing poor reviews but I will say boldly that I do not recommend anyone to come here!
