- CMCaroline Montana1 day ago5.0Our experience at Ocean Prime was wonderful. We reserved a table and were seated outside a window that looks into the kitchen, which my boyfriend enjoyed. The drinks were delicious and the food was even better! Wagyu sushi topped with gold leaf caviar and wagyu filet. Even the sides (mashed potatoes and corn) were extravagant. Service was amazing and we were treated to free dessert for my boyfriend’s birthday! They gave us birthday decorations on the table and a happy birthday candle for him to blow out (since we took the chocolate cake to go). Will definitely be back!
- JMJill M3 days ago5.0My friend and I had lunch at Ocean Prime today to celebrate her birthday and everything was exceptional from start to finish. The restaurant staff was so warm and welcoming. Special thank you right out of the gate to Nicole and Rocky for their hospitality. They let us choose where we wanted to sit and we chose a booth in the bar area which was perfect! The ambiance was warm and inviting and the music was not blasting which made for a relaxing lunch. Our server Enver was fantastic! He was interesting, efficient, friendly and professional. The service was fabulous and honestly, when I returned home, I realized I should have given Enver a higher tip for all the special touches he added to our meal. (Hopefully I'll be able to catch him this week to make it right .) The food was amazing!!!! Do yourself a favor and order the ahi tuna tartare appetizer - to die for! My friend had the ahi tuna for her entree and I had the poke bowl - both delicious! We had martinis, wine and prosecco to accompany our meal and ordered the chocolate peanut butter pie for dessert. Holy smokes! We will definitely be back. The food, the ambiance, the service - A+ across the board! Highly recommend!

Hunter our server was great but noticed lack of attention to detail by the assistant server. Not filling the water glasses, leaving extra plates in the table. We had to give it to him to make more space in our table. Had a nice glass of champagne for new years. Carrot cake was good and huge had to take it for leftovers. Overall nice place, food and ambiance.

For drinks I had a prime passion which was sweet and tangy. The butter cake dessert with ice cream, berries, and I think a raspberry sauce was delicious. The warm bread for the table was also really good. A nice variety with fluffy loafs, pretzel style, and cracked. Came with whipped butter and it was a nice start for the table. Our waiter was patient with up and checked on us with our hovering. Multiple staff members helped with clearing our table and keeping our glasses filled. The lowlights gave it a romantic and intimate vibe even with though there were multiple tables sitting in larger groups. My only complaint was the closeness of the tables. Someone set at the table beside us and that space was tight. They ended up requested another table and were accommodating quickly.
- FFFionaDec 23, 20255.0This is honestly one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in my life and coming from Kentucky where I’ve been blessed with soul food- that’s saying a lot. I’ve been to New York three times and this is by far the best dinner I’ve ever had while visiting the city. The customer service was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. A guest next to our table accidentally spilled water all over me when she bumped into our table and the team went above and beyond like paramedics to make sure everything was okay and even offered to pay for dry cleaning. Even though I got wet- that moment made the experience even more special. The cocktails were absolutely spot on and the salmon was cooked to perfection. I will definitely be back.
