When I asked where my order was, they said, “Oh, maybe someone took it,” even though I had been standing by the pick-up counter and no one had put a coffee like mine there. They completely forgot my order, and when I finally got it, they handed it to me with a look as if I owed them something. By the way, the cappuccino in the cup was barely half full and was bitter because there was very little milk in it. I’ve been to many Maman locations, but this staff was by far the worst.

The brioche was way too dry, the spinach quiche was so salty we couldn’t eat it, and the Maman Bowl had more sauce than potatoes or eggs — the only decent thing was the avocado. And the coffee… seriously?! With so many locations and the chance to improve, it’s hard to believe they serve something that bad. Hopefully management takes note, because this place really leaves a terrible impression. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.
