After waiting in line, the person helping us was about to turn around and make it however another employee from behind the counter stood up and said “okay no, we’re not doing anymore beverages tonight or else it will never end.” From a business standpoint if you post that your “working” hours are until a certain time, a customer would expect that almost an hour before closing would be sufficient in getting in their order. Furthermore, if an excuse to not work is going to be made, at least say “it’s sold out.” But not the BS excuse we got.
