I visited this location while traveling to NYC and tried the banana pudding. In my opinion, it’s a bit overrated. It’s creamy and has a good level of sweetness, not too much, not too little, so it’s enjoyable as a dessert or even for breakfast. That said, it’s not something I’d go out of my way to try or add as a must-visit spot on a travel itinerary.

Had a queue but moves quickly. The banana pudding is as good as I remember. Bronwie is okay and the same for the cupcakes. I was tempted by the cake slices so maybe should have gotten one of those. They had my order wrong when got to the till and don't take cash.

After years abroad, I was really excited to taste the iconic Magnolia cupcakes again. Unfortunately, they didn’t live up to my memories: very sweet and not as moist as I remembered. We also tried the pecan pie, which was too soggy. We felt quite rushed while placing our order, but I guess that’s something to expect from a bakery in Grand Central.

Bakery in Grand Central. Absolutely delicious. The banana pudding was incredible, and everything else was delicious also. We got cake, cupcakes, cookies, and banana pudding. The cookie was so filling I felt sick, but it was incredible and so worth it. They were all very nice there as well. I would come back here just for this bakery honestly.
