The lady taking orders asked the guy in front of me and the lady behind me for assistance and completely ignored me. I decided not to say anything or argue because i myself am struggling mentally and i find it hard to even socialize when I’m going through depression but it just made me angry because if someone is having a bad day please don't take it out on the customers. Treat everyone with respect and kindly especially during the holidays where you don’t know what walk of life that person has. I wanted to leave and walk out of there but I desperately needed that sweet treat to uplift me. I will not be returning to this location.

The last couple of times I bought cupcakes, they were dry, the icing looked extremely sloppy. And, the workers are extremely rude and clearly have no interest in customer service.
