oreo ice box was NOT good, the oreos were soft and they tasted like plastic. everything else was good though. They do come frozen but theyre still good. I think the key lime cheesecake is the best. the all of the cheesecakes were abt $9.25 each.

I was super excited to try this bakery as I’ve heard all great things! My experience? Horrendous. We got there at 6:50pm, understanding they close at 7:30p. We waited in line and heard people ordering drinks ahead of us. Yet, the lady at the bar said TO ANOTHER EMPLOYEE “the bar is closed no more drinks.” This was not told to the people waiting in line, I just happened to overhear. Yet the cashier continued to ring up drinks! So, we get up the front and ensured we couldn’t order any drinks (we wanted hot chocolate), she says no. We see a man beside us who previously asked for milk, they said they couldn’t get him milk, so they gave him ice water. We asked for ice water and cashier said “no we can’t give you water.” My husband pointed over to the guys water and the cashier looked at the other guy cashier, and asked “Who gave him that?” She then looked back at us and said “Sorry, we aren’t suppose to do that.” Anyways, we get our sweets & go about our business. As we’re standing there eating, we witness two understandable arguments of unhappy customers who were RANG UP for drinks that they did not receive, and weren’t going to… they were just brushed off, by a store manager(?) as a “Sorry, we just aren’t serving drinks.” “How were we suppose to know you’re in line waiting for a drink?” -(Awful argument in my opinion, this is AFTER IT WAS RANG UP by an employee who had been told “the bar was closed).” Also, yelling, “I don’t want to serve you anyways.” Soon after this, we witness a 2 SEPARATE people go up and order a drink with ease, two minutes after ordering- received their drinks… Are we just choosing who to serve and who not?!! Just completely unacceptable. I will admit the brownie was good! But I will never come back to this location, and will relay that message to others! They do not care. I’m very understanding and respectful & I let a lot of things slide. However, I will say that this is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

La scelta è ardua i dolci sembrano tutti gustosi ho optato per la famosa vanilla cheesecake e l'esperienza è stata fantasmagorica. Dicono che sia la pasticceria migliore di New York e io di certo non posso smentire.

We got the red velvet pudding and the red velvet cheesecake. Both were spot on. I am just shorting it 1 star because the location is kind of cramped in space.

After being a loyal customer for over a year buying their cakes, puddings, and everything in between. today was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at this location.
I asked for a slice of cake, but there was no name, no price, nothing, so I assumed the price showing on the screen was what I was being charged for. The lady at the counter got visibly annoyed and said,”What did you pay for?” Instead of assisting me, she gave full attitude, offered zero explanation, and literally walked away leaving me standing there wondering if I should wait or leave.
A gentleman later came over and said the charge would go back to my account. I told him I still wanted to pay for the slice. He didn’t say much either. It’s honestly wild how basic communication has become a lost art these days.
I’ve been coming here for over a year, but after today, I won’t be setting foot in this location again.
Regardless, everything I have to say they have the best banana pudding the NYC. Will be missing that for sure from now on.
