  The confetti cupcake is honestly the worst cupcake that I’ve ever had in my life. It was so dry. Magnolia is overhyped and I regret spending my money there yesterday. The staff is sweet, but I could tell that they were so busy and needed one more person in the back which isn’t their fault, but the fault of Magnolia’s main business and headquarters. I like their banana pudding in general, but stay away from the Confetti cupcake. It’s also $4.25. I could have purchased a whole box of mix at the supermarket and made something 15 times better.

  Magnolia Bakery was honestly a huge disappointment. I ordered a red velvet cupcake with buttercream frosting and it was stale, dry, and tasted like it had been sitting out for days — completely unacceptable for a bakery that’s supposedly known for quality. What made it even worse was the service. The woman taking orders at the counter was extremely rude, gave multiple attitude/faces, and acted like we were inconveniencing her by ordering. We also waited over 5 minutes just to place the order for a single cupcake, even though she wasn’t checking anyone out — literally just taking orders, and there was no one else in line. Magnolia needs to do better because this was embarrassing for the hype and the prices. Magnolia usually has really good options and from what I tasted in the paste, all have been great, but this experience was disappointing.

  These were probably the driest cupcakes I’ve ever had. Purchased in three flavors (vanilla, chocolate and red velvet) and they tasted very stale and dry as if they have been sitting out for days. Very disappointing.

  Chocolate cake slice w Vanilla buttercream is so moist and delicious buttercream is not too sweet cake is really rich ive tried their cake before and it's really good definitely a must

  DO NOT COME HERE!!! The hype is not real! This banana pudding is absolutely disgusting. When i got there, i ordered a small banana pudding and there wasn’t any, only the next two sizes. The cashier said he couldn’t make a small one out of the medium because each individual banana pudding was made by itself. I asked if it was that good. He said yes. He lied ! This banana pudding isn’t sweet. Everything tasted separated. It was awful. I had been wanting to this banana pudding for years! Seeing it on tik tok and other social media. Total disappointment and waste of $7.25
