    The food was amazing I will not take that away from them. But to scam people on the lunch is crazy, that is the reason for the one star! I ordered a lunch that indicated that it comes with rice, beans and a salad with A CHOICE of plantains. I received a plate with a piece of pernil and 4 pieces of maduros. That was not what was advertised. I call the restaurant abd they kept hanging up and disregarding my concerns. No good customer service. Never again!

    Completely Unacceptable Service & Zero Accountability This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with any restaurant. I placed an order and waited two hours, only for it to be cancelled after the entire wait. No call, no update, no explanation just a cancellation after wasting my time. When I contacted the restaurant, the staff member was rude, dismissive, and offered absolutely no solution or accountability. The attitude alone was shocking, but the lack of professionalism was even worse. I’ve already filed a detailed complaint with the delivery platform and will be forwarding this issue to their corporate/ownership as well. Customers deserve better than this level of disrespect. I strongly recommend management reach out to me directly, because this situation needs to be addressed — and I’m fully prepared to take it further if necessary through the proper channels. Do not order online to this place I swear to God I wish I gave them 0 stars

    I ordered a steak Cuban sandwich with rice, beans, plantains, and fries, but the whole meal was a huge disappointment. The sides were soggy, the rice had no flavor, and the sandwich wasn’t even what I ordered it came with ham, some other kind of meat (maybe turkey or chicken), and jalapeños. The meat was unseasoned and honestly disgusting. When I called to fix the issue, the restaurant denied my order and claimed they couldn’t find my receipt. Terrible food and even worse customer service.

    Yo con este restaurante no pego una ante era súper bueno pero después que lo remodelaron se ha vuelto un caos para empezar la comida súper mala si compro una batida parece una leche de bambú pura leche la lechosa brilla por su aucencia y son pastelito están lleno de grasa y el vaso te llega vacío otro día mandé a comprar un mondongo y era una batida de salsa el mondongo brillaba por su aucencia puro sabor a pasta de tomate van a tener que cojer un curso como se hacen los mondongo lleno de zanahoria y unos pedazo que no sabía sin eran mondongo o tripa de perro después mandé a comprar una carnita frita con tostones y me mandaron un lunch de arroz que parecía un arroz con leche y no se diga los tostones blando no estaban cripta la carne súper frita por poco me quedó sin muela no sé qué estará pasando pero después que lo remodelaron todo a cambiado ante daba gusto comprar comer pero ahora da vergüenza y se bota el dinero ustedes dirán que soy masoquista la que trabajan ahy están pendiente a la propina a quien entran a ver a quien tumba si uno va a comprar algo en la mañana ello ni caso te hace tu esperando a que te pregunten que decía o están n chercha en su mundo ya ni sé qué pensar pero este restaurante será que cambió de dueño o no sé qué no están fácil y perdonen mi explicaciones y la que trabajan Ahy vienen con una muela y una finura que creen que están trabajando en el pentagono que se pongan las pilas
