  Went here for New Year’s Eve as a cute pre spot. Found tickets on NYC party guide that said premium open bar on the site but not on the flyer so I called on Monday to make sure I was 1 buying the right tickets from the right site and 2 to check if it was open bar. The person confirmed that it was an open bar and they told me that it’s whatever liquor the bar has set aside for that night. So awesome I think I know what I’m getting into right…. I get there and no one has a clue about the open bar. Down stairs some lady said it was open bar. On TOP of that when I ordered my first drink I asked for a double got charged 30 and was like okay yeah fine. Then I go to the bar on the other side to order another double the bartender goes we don’t do doubles and I get charged 20. So what’s going on? In my confusion I talk to a women she then tells me they source bartender from a 3rd party company so some of them don’t know the “rules”. Still confused I talk to someone who says he’s the manager and he says this event is run/rent by a group and he doesn’t rlly know what’s going on either…. Like is this not your venue? How do you not know what’s going on? He says he’s going to find the lady who is running all of this so I can talk to her never did. They all looked at me like I was crazy like wow what is this treatment and unprofessional. Stay away from this place in 2026 so you don’t get scammed guys❤️

  Our experience here was a bit disappointing. To start, we were sat by the entrance to the hotel, so we were hit by the breeze each time the guests entered the hotel. After being seated, it took about 15 minutes for our waiter, Octaviano to appear. We ordered our drinks, which took a while for them to come out. After a bit, our waiter finally came back so that we could order our appetizers and main course. I wish our waiter had read our order back to us, as I told him I would choose the steak frites instead of the lobster bisque/caesar salad. The food took a while to come out and at that point I had considered cancelling the appetizers. For some reason, the appetizers came out at the same time as the main courses. I ended up receiving the lobster bisque, despite having told our waiter earlier I wasn’t going to select it. The steak frites I ordered were cold and fatty. The accompanying sauce was cold and flavorless. The fries were incredibly stale. For the price we paid, this food was not worth it what so ever. Additionally, it was incredibly difficult to get ahold of our waiter or have an idea of how long our food would take. We dined on a Saturday night, and the restaurant was not very packed, which should have been our first sign to avoid this place. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant as there are other restaurants with better food/service for the same price point.

  The service was excellent, and the food was excellent (Tomato Braised Meatballs, Crab Bisque, Atlantic Salmon, & Oven Roasted Short Rib Rigatoni!
