The hostess was friendly, and gave us three options for seating. However, all options were the less favorable seats due to "large reservations" all of which did not showed up by the time we left at 6:30 pm. The martini was lovely (airmail). Our Server Jose was a welcoming, attentive, and warm guy. He noticed that the pot of steamed mussels was mostly closed (and more than one table had this problem) and took full control of the potential liability (if the hotel manager reads this message, please acknowledge that Jose saved your hotel's reputation and mitigated risks from your poor QC in the kitchen). 5 stars to Jose and our drinks. 1.5 stars ticked off due to our seating, lighting, and poor quality of mussels.

Our waiter, Octavo, and the manager, Sam, were exceptionally attentive and detail-oriented. Their warm hospitality made the evening memorable and gave us every reason to look forward to returning.
