Carmella was our cashier/barista and she did an AMAZING job. I got a Tiramisu iced latte and it was truly the best coffee I have ever had. Eugenio made our food with love and skill, my chorizo burrito was very large and so tasty. Will most likely be coming back for another latte or two before leaving town!

This has happened multiple times and by the time I get back to work and find out, I don't have time to go back and get either a refund or replacement. On top of this, the app has no help or customer service option which makes it very frustrating.
