- CGCrystal GuzmanNov 4, 20251.0I love dunkin but this place IS RACIST! Well 1 guy specifically because the lady seemed nice and even smiled at me. I hate playing the race card or homophobic card but it had to be one or the other! This white woman goes in with 3 dogs, not the hypo allergy types either (keep that in mind) and the guy helps her take her order and makes drink. I had my order placed online so I can grab and go since I have a dog. He looks at me and tells me I have to leave because I have a dog and dogs aren't allowed. Cool so the white lady must leave too since she has more dogs than me. Literally fighting with me about my dog yet this woman had 3. Truly uncalled for and I felt super annoyed and uncomfortable!!

They don't cook anything properly, they forget items in your order, etc. It's the closest location to my office, so I ordered a coffee on the app yesterday thinking they couldn't screw that up. Wrong! They poured me tea instead. There were no customers there and only one other online order. They don't do ANYthing right.
