Three other customers and I were waiting at the outside window when we witnessed an employee drop a full order of hash browns on the floor. He picked them all up and then placed them in the bags. Check the security cameras at 12/3/25 at 4:50 am. When we tried to comfort the employee, he acted as if he had no idea what we were talking about.

No way could've the delivery guy had flipped the drinks because the bag was sealed without any space for it to do so. I spent around $60-$70 on the order to get my stuff like that was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I would never recommend this location.
