- CNCosover NemmFeb 8, 20261.0I occasionally stop by this Dunkin' Donuts location on my way to work, but unfortunately, the experience has been consistently poor. The main issue is the service quality from one particular staff member. - No greeting or acknowledgment when entering - Interactions feel hostile and unwelcoming for no apparent reason - My order is frequently incorrect, but I've typically let it slide - During my last visit, cashier, who worked there just slammed my order onto the counter with what appeared to be visible hostility (!) In general she always very rude to customers with no reason. Customer service is fundamental in this industry. If someone struggles with basic pleasantries and consistently mixes up orders, perhaps a different role would be better suited to their strengths. I hope management addresses these service issues, as the location is convenient, but the experience has become unpleasant enough that I'm reconsidering my visits.

I asked them to taste their own tea ( from their own cup) which they _refused_. When I insisted they either taste it or give me a refund they gave me my money back. They need to clean their machines. I won't be going back.

Horrible customer service. This isn’t the first time someone caught their attitude and I have seen it happen to other customers as well.
