- AEA EJan 30, 20261.0On January 12 2026 at approximately 1230pm I placed an order for pickup thru Uber eats. When I arrived a young light skinned man told me I had to cancel my drink because the store didn't have it. I contacted Uber eats and they tried reaching out to this location many times but nobody answered. I was told by employee to go home and resolve it with Uber eats. Uber eats kept trying to reach out to this store location but since no one responded they couldn't do much for me. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. The fact that nobody answered the phone when Uber eats tried contacting them so many times is what makes the situation even worse. I ended up paying for a service I never received. If anyone can provide information on how I can contact corporate to complain on my horrible customer service I'd appreciate it.

However, there was an issue with my order being made incorrectly. When I addressed it, the employee handing out the orders responded in a rude and unprofessional manner and used profanity in Spanish. This made the experience uncomfortable and unnecessary. Mistakes happen, but how they are handled matters. I hope management addresses customer service and professionalism going forward.
