However, there was an issue with my order being made incorrectly. When I addressed it, the employee handing out the orders responded in a rude and unprofessional manner and used profanity in Spanish. This made the experience uncomfortable and unnecessary. Mistakes happen, but how they are handled matters. I hope management addresses customer service and professionalism going forward.
