When I finally spoke up, she responded with a snobbish tone — and then rolled her eyes to the group behind me as I walked away. As someone who spent years as a corporate HR executive in the hospitality industry, I can say confidently: this is not how you treat guests. Gray hair doesn’t make me invisible, and it certainly doesn’t justify dismissive behavior. I was so put off I left without eating. Dudley’s may not lose sleep over this, but I won’t be back.
