Tried to use a VALID coupon, but they stated it was old. The old coupons do not show up with a barcode and shows valid till April 2026. Then asked me to get off the long line to solve the issue. For someone who’s trying to get to work- not really sure why I would take that as an option. Go somewhere else..

Very disappointing experience here. Paid almost $9.00 for a coffee and had the audacity to expect it to actually be good. First of all, I ordered it to stay and it was served in a paper cup. Strike one. It was way too hot, strike two. And bitter for a flavored drink. Strike three. (A latte is supposed to be frothy. See photo and note the way my coffee looked by the time I was halfway through. Like a regular cup of coffee, not a latte. And yes folks, I drank it all - because .. $9.00.) Bonus strike four — not Capital One’s fault - an incredibly rude customer who came in after me and almost spilled coffee on a manila envelope full of legal papers on my table. When I asked him to be careful, he had the nerve to tell me “It’s not YOUR table, it’s Capital One’s table.” My blood is still BOILING - even hotter than Capital One’s coffee. Hey Capital One: I want a refund!! Or at least a coupon for a free coffee. Sheesh.

I go here frequently after a night shift. Cortado is nicely done (weekends) but not today on a Monday. The cashier said they can do a flat white and so I took the offer. She told the barista and when I got it, it was an 8oz of “flat” latte. No foam. If she was aiming for cappuccino it is also not it. So I bought a cortado and a different barista made it. Eh. Decent ratio but The milk was cold. Quality definitely not present today. Best to get them on the weekend, different group in the morning. Quite disappointing, back to back.

Very slow service. I came in at 7:30 and there was hardly anyone in the store, but it still took ages to get my cappuccino. They need more baristas staffed (they have 2 machines but were only using one) or they need to train the baristas to move faster. I won't be coming back.

I always thought it was odd or silly that a bank had a cafe so never really bothered to explore it. Today, I needed an ATM and wandered into this Capital One Cafe (note that I was not a Capital One customer when I walked in!). OMG! What a comfortable and spacious and clean space! I asked one of the people working there (her name was Camilla) about whether I needed to be a customer to hang out there - and she said no - but customers do get to reserve the private nooks. What??? There are private nooks? Ok, time to sign up for a new Capital One Checking account - which I did with the awesome help of Edgar. What an amazing discovery and I look forward to going back again and again to this one and the others around the city.
