- AAAliceOct 17, 20251.0Food and drinks are ok but service varies. A few months ago we visited and had wonderful service, quick, friendly and properly delivered. Recently however had a cashier who clumsily knocked down her own receipt machine, making loud noise, scaring everyone. She didn’t apologize for it. Looked like she had put the machine on top of something to elevate it without securing it to anything and it fell off while she was trying to pull a stuck receipt out. There was a long line of very unhappy customers waiting for their drinks. Took more than half an hour for our drinks to come. Disappointing and unpleasant experience.

I also came around 5PM on a Wednesday evening after work. The Candy Apple Matcha Soda: I wondered about it but decided to take a chance. It tastes green and sweet, almost like a spinach and apple veggie juice. Worth it! The Roasted Turkey Club: They skimped on the avocado. I wasn't surprised as it was only a $2 upcharge. It was a bit messy to eat for me but I'm a pretty messy eater in general. The food I tried was worth it and I like the space. It wasn't super crowded and I was able to stay for awhile. I got half off my drink because I have a Capital One debit card.

How do I bank at a Capital One Café?
Capital One Cafés offer a modernized, friendly approach to banking that provides a low pressure way to get support. While we don’t have traditional bank tellers in our Cafés, customers can use our self-service options to get everyday banking done., even on the weekend. Ambassadors are on hand to assist you along the way with your banking questions, and can even help you apply for an account. Capital One Checking account holders can use Café ATMs fee-free to check their balance, deposit or withdraw cash, make credit card payments and more. Come in for everyday banking–stay to enjoy a handcrafted beverage. You can also:
- Replace, reissue or activate your debit card
- Lock and unlock your debit card
- Change your debit card PIN
- Receive sign-in support
- Update account information like your address, phone number and email address
- Place or remove a stop payment on a check or ACH

Account holders (18+) can reserve a nook—a private workspace with tables and outlets—when they’re in the Café or from their Capital One mobile app. When in the Café, visitors can scan the QR code on the door of the nook to access the reservation portal to complete their booking. As of December 2024, account holders can make reservations in the Capital One mobile app by searching for their preferred Café, viewing the details of that Café and selecting "Reserve a Nook" to access the reservation portal.
