This "cortado" had easily 4oz of barely steamed milk and the espresso was undetectable. Don't waste your time or money on this trash.

One guy continuously on his phone, then trying to look busy, one girl just cleaning as the line continued to grow, another girl with no intention of trying to finish making a clients drink in a reasonable time, and the clerk was chill, but stopped quite amount to chat with his coworkers.

One was even on her phone while making the milk for a latte which she then poured out because it wasn’t good. But coffee and muffin were good.

Watch out at dec 31st because they will practice the sport they love. 5+ employees including security threatened you to call 911 kicking you out at 2 if you don't run out of the place. Go to Starbucks. You will be corrrectly attended.

They offer helpful tips, clearly explain the work areas, and even take the time to walk you around and give you a tour-which is rare and so appreciated. As a working professional business owner, this is one of my go to places in New York City to actually get work done. The high-speed Internet is reliable, the environment is focused, and the private work areas are available to book in advance for up to two hours. These are perfect for important business meetings. This is hands-down, the best café in New York City. The space is clean, tidy and constantly being maintained, and it shows. The staff and management are truly top-notch. Plus half of drinks with a Capital One card is an amazing bonus. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a welcoming, productive and wild run space.

While we don’t have traditional bank tellers in our Cafés, customers can use our self-service options to get everyday banking done., even on the weekend. Ambassadors are on hand to assist you along the way with your banking questions, and can even help you apply for an account. Capital One Checking account holders can use Café ATMs fee-free to check their balance, deposit or withdraw cash, make credit card payments and more. Come in for everyday banking–stay to enjoy a handcrafted beverage. You can also:
