- JJJ J5 days ago4.0We checked out the Capital One Café on Broadway, and it’s actually a pretty cool spot. If you’re a Capital One customer, the coffee is half off — which is honestly a great deal. The coffee itself is totally fine for a quick stop. What’s kind of interesting is that the bank is actually on the other side of the café, but the two spaces are connected. So you can chill with a latte, walk a few steps, and suddenly you’re basically in a bank. Lots of seating, clean, and a relaxed place to take a break. Not a bad spot to hang out if you’re in the area.

I drink enough coffee to kill a horse on some days, and the Verve coffee is some pretty excellent coffee. Not only that, cardholders get caramel lattes for only $3 (and regular lattes for $2.50), which in midtown is a complete steal. The service is relatively slow, but again for the price point, I can't complain too much. The place is extremely cozy (though very busy) and a great place to just relax. Perfect cafe vibes, couldn't recommend visiting one more.

Additionally, I didn't realize that capital one cards got a discount, so that was a wonderful surprise for sure! 🐈⬛💳

Showed my capital one card, wasn’t working, wouldn’t help me with my purchase just wanted to get my order done with. I’ll found out the Baristas name, update to come but he is wearing a cap working at 2PM on 10/30. Nasty attitude

How do I bank at a Capital One Café?
Capital One Cafés offer a modernized, friendly approach to banking that provides a low pressure way to get support. While we don’t have traditional bank tellers in our Cafés, customers can use our self-service options to get everyday banking done., even on the weekend. Ambassadors are on hand to assist you along the way with your banking questions, and can even help you apply for an account. Capital One Checking account holders can use Café ATMs fee-free to check their balance, deposit or withdraw cash, make credit card payments and more. Come in for everyday banking–stay to enjoy a handcrafted beverage. You can also:
- Replace, reissue or activate your debit card
- Lock and unlock your debit card
- Change your debit card PIN
- Receive sign-in support
- Update account information like your address, phone number and email address
- Place or remove a stop payment on a check or ACH

Yes, there are self-service ATMs available at all Cafés that are fee-free to Capital One customers. You can use them to deposit cash, deposit checks, pay your credit card bill and more. Not a customer? There’s a small fee to use the ATMs.
Can you reserve space at the Café?
Account holders (18+) can reserve a nook—a private workspace with tables and outlets—when they’re in the Café or from their Capital One mobile app. When in the Café, visitors can scan the QR code on the door of the nook to access the reservation portal to complete their booking. As of December 2024, account holders can make reservations in the Capital One mobile app by searching for their preferred Café, viewing the details of that Café and selecting "Reserve a Nook" to access the reservation portal.
