Actually some of the best coffee me and my wife have ever had and it was 50%off as a capital one cardholder. Also super helpful and friendly staff that helped me use the atm without a debit card and gave me a free coffee. Also super spacious lounge with amazing views and clean bathrooms. highly recommend.

8:30 a.m., Olivia, the employee at the counter, was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely inappropriate.
On top of that, a valid coupon for a free drink was scanned and then canceled in front of us without any explanation or replacement being offered.
They were also already out of chai at 8:30 a.m.
This was very disappointing, especially since I usually enjoy coming here.

Our go-to place for the cheapest coffee in town (if you have a Capital One card, the coffee is half off). Note that this place is always busy, even during weekdays. The "work from home" crowd hangs out with their laptops during working hours. Sometimes you can use the bathroom without standing in line!

I have been a long time loyal customer and avid supporter of the Capital One cafe since it opened. I come multiple times a week and have gotten all of my friends to come because I have just believed that it is a great atmosphere and place to be productive and get work done. However, today as I was sitting in a chair with a friend getting work done, I was sitting with my legs crossed but my feet still hanging off the chair. A worker came to us and told me to put my feet down, so I did. 30 minutes later, I accidentally subconsciously crossed my legs again— mind you with my shoes not touching the chair AT ALL— and the same worker comes and kicks me out of the cafe. I am in shock and incredibly upset because it was such a minor and un disruptive ‘offense’, that I will never be coming back to this cafe or any other locations.
