Does get busy in the afternoons. Has a restroom open to all. Staff members are nice and friendly helping customers with any and all questions. (They helped me get free drinks!)

Visited on January 3, 2026 around 6pm. Great location near Macy's and other stores. Gingerbread latte was delicious 😋 Thanks to Henri (lady with red/orange hair) who was making rounds around the cafe greeting customers for her excellent customer service!

Decent place to stop for food and drinks and warm up on a cold day. When I went, it was extremely busy pretty loud, and not much seating. However, we were able to find a table that opened up. Rhey had no chai, which was a bit disappointing, but oh well. Bathrooms were clean. Employees announced a 30 minute and 15 minute warning that they closed at 6pm. I would go there again in the furure.

My husband was trapped in their bathroom and the way they handled this was very apathetic as if this wasn’t the first time. I had to ask twice for them to call the fire department after they told me they were “doing an emergency work order” and then when they managed to call fire department- I asked for an eta and was met with a reply “hopefully soon because we close at 6. “ ???! Like were you not allowing them in after 6? Lol
Then while I’m outside of the bathroom waiting for someone to open the door, a barista making drinks just started yelling at me and my brother from a distance that the bathroom is out of order and shut down with major attitude and I had to reply and tell her my husband is inside and we are literally waiting for someone to get him out. the entire situation was handled very disorganized and I felt for some of the employees who were there being apologetic but like I didn’t feel like anyone was taking initiative to resolve someone being locked inside the bathroom. And some of their employees are def annoyed and mad about working in a crowded cafe full of tourists but there’s no need to be so rude to customers who aren’t even talking to you directly. Also, one bathroom for an entire cafe that holds 100+ customers is also pretty wild.
It’s safe to say, we will not be returning.
