The manager was being incredibly rude and disrespectful talking down to the staff like they were stupid. You could see how overworked and defeated they looked, and it was honestly heartbreaking to witness. No one should have to work under that kind of treatment. It completely ruined the atmosphere and my appetite. Truly disappointing and hard to watch.
