    I purchased coffee from them my coffee was cold I told them server barista to pls hot my coffee she told they closed I pay for the coffe

    Excellent communication and superb customer service at every stage of my experience. I ordered breakfast for a small board meeting, and everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The leftover cookies were so good that another department “stole” them! When I mentioned it to Diamy, she surprised me with a bag of goodies labeled with my name. Truly above-and-beyond service. Definitely my new go-to for work meetings!

    Café Metro is truly exceptional!!! I’ve been ordering from them for my office for over 2 decades, and they have never disappointed. Whether it’s a weekly office breakfast/lunch, crucial board meeting, or any occasion in between, Café Metro consistently delivers, and the food is always absolutely delicious. I genuinely love this place!! A special hug/shout-out to Diamy H., who continuously goes above and beyond to make even my most endless and complicated requests feel like a seamless process🤗

    I came in for breakfast but ended up leaving because I couldn’t bring myself to support a place that treats its employees like that. The manager was being incredibly rude and disrespectful talking down to the staff like they were stupid. You could see how overworked and defeated they looked, and it was honestly heartbreaking to witness. No one should have to work under that kind of treatment. It completely ruined the atmosphere and my appetite. Truly disappointing and hard to watch.
