This place was an absolute hit — the ambiance is great, and the food really hit the spot. I assume the Chiang Mai Curry Noodle dish is their version of Khao Soi and it really hit all the right notes - flavorful, strong curry, spicy but not overbearing, tender chicken and great noodles.
Only thing to note is that for our party of 4 + child they did add an automatic service charge for the group to the total and then still asked for tip on the credit card machine which isn’t unheard of but I wish we’d noticed the automatic service charge before double tipping.

I had a very disappointing experience at Bua Thai Ramen & Robata Grill. From the moment we arrived, service was an issue. We waited 30 minutes to nearly an hour while watching other parties come in after us and get seated before us.
When we were finally seated, they placed us in a corner near an unsanitary vent, which already made us uncomfortable. To make matters worse, my friend found a hair in her food, which is completely unacceptable. The waiter also repeatedly brought us water that had mysterious floating particles in it, raising serious concerns about cleanliness.
The food itself was just as bad. The noodles were hard and undercooked, and the chicken was not cooked well, which is concerning and unsafe. Overall, the experience felt dismissive and uncomfortable. Based on how we were treated compared to others, this did not feel like equal or respectful service.
I would not recommend this restaurant, especially if you are a person of color , not halal friendly and I called prior to ask do they use peanuts and THEY DO. . There are many other restaurants that value cleanliness, food quality, and respectful treatment of all guests.

Amazing experience at But Thai Ramen
I had an incredible dining experience at But That Ramen. I tried the Pad Kee Mao, Khao Moo Dang, a refreshing lychee drink, and the traditional Thai tea. For dessert, I had the mango dessert, which was the perfect way to end the meal.
Every dish was full of authentic flavor and beautifully presented. The food was outstanding, and the drinks were delicious and well balanced. On top of that, the service was spectacular—friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish.
Overall, everything—from the food to the drinks and the service—was absolutely spectacular. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place.

We had such an anmazing experience! First off, it has such an amazing vibe and great decor! We had the Thai coconut mojito which was superb and a lychee margarita with a little tequila bottle in it. So delicious! Our apps were the chicken satay which was grilled to perfection with great seasoning and their peanut sauce is the perfect balance of sweet and savory, and the vinaigrette it comes with is sweet so we dip it in both. Ughhh so good! The sticky rice spicy salmon was the best l've had of this rendition bc it pan fried in I think eel sauce! We also had the pad see ew which was divine and the phucket noodle ramen which the broth completely made me change my mind on ramen, it literally soothed the soul! It's a creamy lemongrass broth with so much flavor! I was so shocked on how amazing it was. We had both dishes with there beef belly which was cooked perfectly. We shared the mango sticky rice bc we were so full but it was heavenly! Can't wait to come back and try more dishes!

Such a cute restaurant! Love the vibes! Very instagrammable. There were some nice gluten free options which I appreciated. My appetizer the tuna crispy rice was delicious. My main, the prawn Lemongrass ramen was ok. The prawns were really difficult to get the shell off. My drink, the pina colada was pretty good too but beware that it's real coconut water so it definitely has a pretty mellow and plain taste though the presentation is excellent. My son didn't have water throughout his meal so that was a bit unfortunate but otherwise the service was pretty good.
