While I was shopping, I noticed a very tall man who kept standing around watching people in a way that felt unsettling. He claimed he wasn’t a manager, but his behavior said otherwise he was hovering, observing, and honestly creeping around the area. What bothered me most was witnessing how he spoke to an employee working at the deli. His tone was disrespectful and completely unprofessional. It was uncomfortable to watch, and I can only imagine how that employee must have felt being talked to like that in front of customers. No customer should have to see staff being treated that way, and no employee should have to deal with it. This experience definitely made me rethink coming back to this location.
