- MJMelissa JohnsonJul 10, 20241.0This place is the worst. They gave half a scoop of ice cream in the cappuccino blast. The man wanted to give me primarily ice. He got the largest scoop of only ice. The cup was a medium size and already filled to the top. When I asked to please not fill the cup up with ice only, as it would make this drink watery. He then proceeded to argue and said three times “you can pay to an extra scoop” he barely gave me the first scoop. This drink was $8 and not worth it. I won't go back to any of the stores as they are argumentative and rude to every customer. Not worth the price.

The posted hours are especially doubtful when compared to the Dunkin they share space with that closes at 3:30 every day.

Dear owners of this business get the machine yo get you bill check don’t be so cheap. Because of that I left and I didn’t get anything even though I have my chase debits card and credit card.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
