They made the birria in particular to order, so it can take a bit longer than the assembly bowls, but it is worth it. The consomme is rich and plentiful, and the tacos have a good cheese pull with plenty of meat. The location itself is small on a side street, but not that easy to miss. Their options are all halal, so there is no pork, but you can get chicken and beef. Prices are also reasonable for the portions. Overall, a very good place to get some lunch.

All the workers were very receptive and at the central avenue location, Maaz specifically was kind and guided me through the entire experience! I really recommend Adobo not only bc their food is delicious but they are excellent in recruiting kind people!
