The whole thing was a joke. Rude, embarrassing and ridiculous staff. Your HR really knows what he s doing 🤦

If you’re not familiar with 16 Handles is a store with a variety of frozen yogurts and a variety of toppings. There are also vegan and dairy free options. During certain season there are limited edition flavors available. In the past you were able to sample a flavor however I don’t believe the store is doing any samples due to COVID. There is hand sanitizer and gloves available for you to use. Once you get your selected flavors and toppings you go to the register where the staff weighs your dessert. The store accepts cash and cards. There is indoor seating is available as well as outdoor seating. Give it a try you may like it.
