Horrible service. I asked whether the cookie dough they were selling can be eaten immediately, they confirmed. Unfortunately it was frozen solid and they refused a refund.

No clue how, but my bowl was under $5. I tried 5 different flavors and my favorite was the original vanilla!

This place absolutely sucks dont even bother going here for starters the cold toppings are not available and there dry toppings looked like a huge disaster. There “16 handles” weren’t even available there was only about 8 working machines half of them were just black with no flavors. Place has no ac making the place extremely hot literally smells like trash and looks so depressing also impossible to stay in there for more then 5 mins without sweating and lastly there isn’t much seating.

I got to this location at 10:40, just twenty minutes before closing at 11 PM, and the staff wouldn’t even let me in. They looked at me, made a face, and gestured for me to leave instead of just politely explaining. It felt unnecessarily rude and honestly left me really disappointed and sad. I love 16 Handles, but this kind of treatment makes me not want to come back. I had just gotten out of work and was looking forward to my ice cream

Store was absolutely filthy, smelled like rotten garbage everywhere, most machines were broken, AC was broken and no cold toppings available. Disgusting.
