Last week I had a really good time at wagamama, my server Santiago took the decision for me over my dish and all I can say is the spicy salmon teriyaki is one of the best things I’ve ever ate, the manager Dane also offered me a courtesy green tea which was amazing for this weather, something lovely is the view they have to the Empire State!!! Loved having my meal while seeing it🩷🩷

Today was absolutely incredible! I came with a few colleagues, and right from the moment we arrived, Harley, our host, greeted us with such warmth and hospitality—it felt like stepping into a welcoming embrace. But the excitement didn’t stop there! Henry, the supervisor, surprised us with a delightful birthday cake while a talented choir serenaded us with a joyful rendition of "Happy Birthday." It was such a memorable experience! The way they treat their guests is truly outstanding. I have to give the service and food a perfect 10 out of 10! What an unforgettable day!

I arrived seeking a simple drink and departed enriched by Steven’s exceptional service. He introduced me to the new bar menu featuring fresh cocktails and delicious food options. My favorites were the Korean Fire and Roti Canai, along with the incredible Spicy Korean Mary. Thank you, Steven, for your guidance—I’m excited to return and try the Yuzu Caesar Salad! Caesar Salad!

Had an amazing experience at Wagamama Murray Hill! The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. Our server Massimo was fantastic—super friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations. Manager Dane also stopped by to check in and was incredibly nice and welcoming. Excellent service all around—can’t wait to come back!

I work in the area and had never tried Wagamama before, so on a cold, rainy day I thought it would be a great opportunity to give it a try. I placed a to-go order and waited over 30 minutes. When the rain started pouring and I realized I wouldn’t have enough time to walk back to work and enjoy my meal, I politely asked if I could dine in instead.
To my surprise, the staff immediately dismissed my request and told me I couldn’t stay. I tried to explain my situation and even offered to purchase a drink or leave a tip, but I was met with rudeness and told, “this is how the service industry works.”
As someone who has worked in the service industry for years, I was genuinely taken aback. I was always taught that hospitality and empathy are at the heart of good service, and I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. I had hoped for kindness and understanding, especially on such a miserable day, but instead felt unwelcome.
I hope the management takes this as constructive feedback. Guests deserve to feel valued, and small gestures of understanding can go a long way. Also food was mid.
