I feel like this experience always enchant me as if I’ve gotten stuck in a loop of time. I cannot escape. I would love to relive this moment every single day in my living life, I will replay this moment until I can never replay it. It’s like a DVD that you have on replay that you just enjoy that movie too much if you know what I mean if future looks like this, then our future is bright. Today is the day that you will start to experience what I called the experience of a lifetime just please visit Baskin-Robbins. This is incredible.

According to their hours, they close at 10:30 PM, but when I walked in, I was immediately told that the store was closed. I drove from far since it was the only store that was opened around the area. They weren’t cleaning or closing up shop — they were literally messing around, laughing, and clearly just didn’t feel like doing their jobs. No apology, no explanation, just an unprofessional and disrespectful brush-off. I even double-checked the hours online and on the door — yep, definitely still supposed to be open. If you're not going to honor your posted hours or at least treat paying customers with a basic level of respect, then maybe don't advertise you're open until 10:30. Won’t be coming back to this location — plenty of other places that still value customer service.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
