The service was horrible; my order was messed up, and to make matters worse, the staff had a terrible attitude. When I pointed out the issue, the lady on the intercom just laughed instead of addressing my concern. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. I expected much better from such a well-known establishment.
