It feels like you’re having a fantastic meal at a close friend’s home. The seats are the highlight of the interior for me, comfortable and lounge worthy. We were a group of 4 and all had a a variety of menu items non of which disappointed us. The mussels were in the most fantastic sauce, the steak was lovely, and we all enjoyed ourselves so much. The highlight of my evening was the coffee and crème brûlée I had for dessert. I think it’s the best I’ve had in my life. Second to that was the soup the chef complimented out table with. It was the most Smokey and delicious tomato bisque. I promise you if you go in when it’s not super super busy you will be so well cared for. Not to reiterate but it really felt like I was at a friends home eating a meal they prepared with their heart. Our server was Catharine and she honestly provided us the most friendly service we could ask for. Her amiable manner was so endearing and relatable. I would come back solely to be cared for by such a magnificent hostess. Thank you all involved for the evening we enjoyed. I will remember it for many days to come. If you’re looking for a place to have a nice evening out in Monroe go to Somni. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
