  Middletown McDonalds. Not the worst McDonalds around... not the best. It's fast food, so it's eh.

  Ordered through app.. my food was ready almost immediately... then I got to stare at bag on the counter for a full 5 minutes before a "MANAGER" came to help the front counter. She immediately scolded the employee, then handed at all the orders that were ready just sitting on the counter. Mine was the last to get handed out. No apology for the wait. Absolutely disgusted with the service.. my fries were freezing as expected. Even my nuggets were cold . Also, I had used a deal in the app to get an extra medium fry. I will include a picture of all the fries wasted due to horrible service because it seems a medium and small fry should have included more fries.

  They have a very young staff and im actually impressed how well mannered and respectful the staff is plus when there is a issue the get it corrected right away

  I honestly don’t understand how getting fast food for my two young kids is costing me over $35 at McDonald’s. They even charge for sauce now. The drive thru is always backed up, and the service feels rushed every time. Fast food is supposed to be quick and affordable, but it’s become the exact opposite. At this point, it’s not even worth it especially knowing this stuff isn’t healthy and is slowly hurting our kids in the long run. Extremely disappointed.

  The McDonald’s in Middletown definitely deserves a full five stars. For a fast-food spot, this location is consistently one of the best experiences around. Every time we stop in, the service is quick, the food comes out fresh, and the staff actually seems like they care about keeping things running smoothly. You can tell they take pride in this store. The fries were hot and crispy, the burgers were put together neatly, and even the McNuggets tasted freshly cooked instead of sitting under a heat lamp. It really makes a difference when everything comes out tasting the way it’s supposed to. They also move the drive-thru line fast, which is a major win on busy days. Inside, the dining area was clean and well-kept. Tables were wiped down, trash wasn’t overflowing, and the drink station was stocked — something you don’t always see at fast-food spots during rush hours. The employees were friendly and didn’t rush us at all, even though the line behind us was growing. It’s the little things that make this location stand out, and Middletown’s McDonald’s gets those right. Whether you dine in or grab something quick on the road, it’s always reliable, fast, and surprisingly good. Definitely a solid 5-star McDonald’s.
