Here we go again. Your location in Mexico, NY. I ordered 2 double fish sandwiches, I got 2 single fish sandwiches. Supposed to be mustard on there too, looks like it was applied with an eye dropper. The lady on the phone that I talked to was very rude too.

The workers are very disrespectful and like to curse at people that are customers and like to go to other co workers while other customers are in the restaurant and like to be cursing and talking about the customers

I go to this location frequently as I have a young son and live in the area. I ordered dine in, and got my food in a bag, not a huge deal. Every time I come into this store, the lobby is always disgusting. Unclean tables and benches. Food all over the floor. I understand they have a lot of high school kids and teenagers coming in so I understand the mess, but no one made an effort to clean the lobby the entire time I was there. There's also never ice in the soda fountain machine. No napkins available to customers, we had to ask. The employees seem to be more concerned about their 7 o'clock employees coming in and gossiping, rather than making sure the lobby is clean and customers are happy.

Not a fan of having a McDonald’s employee openly and rudely criticizing my place of employment. I cancelled my order at the kiosk and walked out without buying any food. Very disrespectful.

Come in for a quick bite, order for here, comes out to the counter in a bag not our table. Food wasn't fresh or hot. And the staff allowed 2 young kids to come in and get free drinks and disrupt the entire front end. Certainly not a good experience.
