After explaining I paid with credit card, he got on the phone and talked to someone for 20 minutes. The person on the phone said I need to show her a receipt which I didn't have. I showed the delivery person my credit card statement online, he took pictures of it, but they still wanted cash. He left with our food and I have to dispute the charges.
