  I recently visited Smashburger and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The customer service alone deserves recognition—the staff were friendly, attentive, and truly seemed to care about creating a positive dining experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile, and every team member I interacted with was helpful and upbeat. The food was outstanding. My burger was cooked perfectly with that signature Smashburger crisp on the edges, packed with flavor, and made with noticeably fresh ingredients. The toppings were balanced, the bun held together beautifully, and the overall taste left me wanting to come back for another. The fries were hot, crispy, and well-seasoned, and everything was served quickly despite how busy the place was. The restaurant itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming—clearly well-maintained and managed with care. Overall, this was one of the best fast-casual dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The combination of excellent food, friendly staff, and great atmosphere makes Smashburger a standout. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great burger and top-notch service.

  When you think of smash burger you may think fast food, but this location is more than that. From the ambiance to the quality of service everything was wonderful. The brisket smash burger is out of this world and you can tell the food is fresh. This monster burger does take some time to prepare but it’s worth it. The staff is extremely friendly, and the establishment is clean (which I love). I would highly recommend visiting this location with friends, family, or even by yourself.

  Food here is always on point. I’ve never had any complaints, everything comes out fresh and cooked right, and I enjoy it every single time. I want to give a shoutout to Nicholas, he’s the one with the hat full of pins. Every time I’ve seen him working, he’s always on top of things. Whether it’s busy or calm, he’s moving around, helping customers, and keeping everything running smoothly. Between the good food and hardworking staff like Nicholas, it makes the whole experience solid.

  If salt were a main ingredient then this would be a much different story. This place takes good food and RUINS IT with salt. Today is my sixth time here. If they cut the salt by 85%, I’d say this is in the top 10% of fast food. I had a crispy chicken and plain fries. I could only eat half as I was literally shuddering from salt overdose. Perhaps the people who work there only eat crap that is salty, perhaps they’re taught to use that much salt. INEDIBLE is the one single word I have for this place. At the cost of one meal here, you can go to an actual restaurant in Sunnyside and get one dinner item to go. Why waste the time on crap?
