Further, food is never ready and shouldn't take over 15 mins to get two #1 VM's. Food prices are also outrageous at this location compared to surrounding McDonald's. Stay Away!!!

Then after I paid for my food, the cashier told me to pull up due to the food not being ready and it will be 5 minutes. I do as I was requested, a few minutes later the cashier yelled through the drive-thru window and asked me to back up and get my food instead of her being professional and bringing out to me. I will never return to this mcdonald's, do better!

Upon receiving them, I noticed that the bacon was undercooked. I requested a replacement, but instead of a new sandwich, the staff member, Anna, simply reheated the bacon on the original sandwich. When I explained that I wanted a completely new sandwich, Anna refused and directed me to request a refund through the app. Since I couldn’t do that, I asked for a refund at the store, but my request was denied. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered undercooked bacon at this location. It has happened multiple times, and it’s quite disappointing. I left the store without the sandwich and would appreciate it if you could look into this matter.
