  El señor que esta en el counter el dia 01 enero 2026 a las 8:24 pm atiende Horrible deberia ser obligatorio ser Amables y pacientes a la hora de atender al público. Debe ser el dueño porque su actitud es Terrible.

  I ordered from here when they first opened. Received the normal crust pizza, the fluffier more robust crust that Pizza Hut normally has. I also (before it shut down not too long ago) would go to a sit down restaurant Pizza Hut upstate whenever I was there. They too had the larger crusted dough. It also has a distinct flavor . Tonight, I order a regular cheese and a regular pepperoni pie. The guy brings them out and opens the box to show us and it was thin crust. I do not like thin crust from Pizza Hut because it taste like matzo crackers with cheese, no flavor. I told him that wasn’t what we ordered and we don’t like thin crust. He tried telling us it was the normal pizza and tried bringing out thin crust dough to show us, which looked the same as the thin pizza sitting on the counter. I was starving and just said I wouldn’t come back and left. Got home and it indeed was like stale matzo crackers with cheese on top. Also, hardly any sauce on either pie.It was dry and had no flavor and thin. If you want to get something that you didn’t order and want to be scammed, then by all means go here.

  The worst possible place to ever get food from. Terrible work ethic, and Customer Service. Garbage management. Don’t ever order from this location.

  Visited on December 6th around 9 p . m . and I’m done being quiet about this place . The manager Ahmed is hands-down the most rude, miserable, disrespectful person I’ve ever encountered in any restaurant . Every time I come here he acts like customers are bothering him just by existing . I ordered multiple pies . I drove all the way home and realized an entire pizza was missing . When I called, instead of apologizing like a normal human being, he hit me with the driest “I can make it again” like I’m the one inconveniencing him . I told him I already drove home and this is ridiculous, and he basically said “oh well” no offer to make it right, no credit, nothing . When I mentioned how he’s always rude and nasty every time I come in, he told me that next time I order he’ll just cancel my order . What kind of manager threatens customers instead of fixing his mistakes ? I drove back and of course, he tried to flip it and say he “thought I said forget it” on the phone . No, he just doesn’t listen because he’s too busy talking over people and throwing attitude . His customer service skills are non-existent . And this isn’t a one-time thing this man is rude to everyone . While I was standing there, he messed up another woman’s order and talked to her crazy too . She got so fed up she asked for a full refund on the spot . This restaurant is brand new and somehow already has the worst reputation in Lindenhurst because of one person . The amount of negative reviews about Ahmed is insane . It’s the same complaints over and over again rude, aggressive, unprofessional, careless, nasty attitude . How is he still in charge ? Who hired him ? Does anyone at corporate even read these reviews ? I will not be coming back as long as he’s working here . This man is driving customers away day by day . Something needs to be done ASAP .
