    I was very upset when I went to the nye party. The woman with the blond hair said the 4 of us wasn't on her list. I told her I paid in person 3 weeks ago. She was rude and said are you sure you paid. I showed her my receipt. Good thing I brought it with me. She said we are full and have 300 people. Tells me to go with my party to another room. This was embarrassing! We waited in the room for 20 min. Finally Christine comes in and remembers me paying her and tells me we will set up a small table in a few minutes. Finally at the table. Missed the appetizers. Went to the bar. Long line! 30 miss waiting for a drink. Way too crowded! Really no room to walk. Tables too close! We made the best of it. Food was delicious! DJ & Band was great!!!

    New Years Eve was the best!!! The band 20 High View played non-stop and was great!!! The DJ was awesome!!! The dance floor was never empty!!!. The food and the service was great 👍 I will definitely go there again. 💕

    I have to say that the public events I have attended from Santa’s Brunch, Mother’s Day , NYE , Motown Brunch, Summer Concert Series etc here have been over the top ! The Bands are top notch , the atmosphere is beautiful on the lake with amazing views , food is delicious and the staff is great and friendly ! I always have the best time !

    Was there for your New Year’s Eve celebration The tables were way overcrowd with 12 people at a table that only fit 10. We all couldn’t ait and eat at the same time because we didn’t all fit at the table together There wasn’t enough food especially during the cocktail hour. Which also ran out of plates and some patrons were using bowls. Really? That’s unacceptable. There was no clear starting place for the cocktail hour since it was literally an oval table in the middle of the dance floor. The lines for the bars were over 20 minutes long, and while I understand we all wanted to start off with a cocktail but 20 minutes is unacceptable I only saw 2 waitstaff and there was well over 250 people in attendance. I have been at Windows for several occasions with no issues, for this it’s a huge fail, At $ 159 PP so not worth it As much as I love getting dressed up and going out for the New Year, next year I will be going elsewhere

    Here for new years …. 1 round 10 foot table with food in middle for 500+ people!!!! 30 min to get 4 grapes and 5 crackers 2 pieces of cheese ! WHAT A JOKE
