  The fries were cold, cheeseburgers were burnt and had no onions. My diet coke was Dr. Pepper.

  Slow Food - horribly staffed lately. Expect 20-30 minute waits (this is the wait I’ve sat in consistently the last 4-5 times I stopped here). I hate that I ordered on the app and am then stuck waiting because I already paid.

  If you are looking to wait 30 minutes for food that'll make you crap in less time than it took for you to pick it up from the drive thru, then this is the place for you! This place sucks.....

  Seriously need to do better. There's so many people that have lost jobs who are looking for jobs that having people work for you who have no concept of reasonable customer service .Even if they're not good with customers at the very least have them be decent at their job. Money is too hard to earn and if you want people to continue to spend it in your restaurant DO BETTER. This is not a first time here this has happened a few times at different hours during the day and evening. I'm just finally speaking up about it because I'm tired of it. Do not go here and eat unless you want an absolute mess for a meal.They are more than consistent with this. I left one job to rush over to a different job It was 9pm. I'm starving I've been standing on my feet all day & I still have several hours to go before I can get home. How do you mess up a simple burger?! It was sloppy it was food everywhere just an overload of a mess inside my car: ( on my clothes on the steering wheel in my lap It was a mess! If I wasn't in so much of a hurry and still needed to get something to eat so I could continue to go to the next job, I would have stayed to complain I go in to talk to somebody and they're just all standing around in the back talking and chat and looking at phones and I'm standing at the counter waiting I don't have time for this wreck. So I ate it because I had to because I paid for it and I had to go back to work

  I went through the drive through on 9/2/25 around 630pm I sat in line waiting behind 2 cars at the speaker for 20 minutes waiting for 2 cars to place their orders. Once I got to the speaker it went fast for me to place my order. But after I placed my order, I again had to wait another 20 minutes for the 2 cars in front of me to get their food, once again my food came faster once I was at the window. I'm not sure what the staff that are working are doing there but sitting in the drive through for 40 minutes is absolutely ridiculous. To top things off when I got my food it was cold and disgusting I couldn't even eat it. I will think twice before ever going to this store again. Worst service ever.
