The floors look like someone had dumped coffee in three different spots and whether it was the responsibility of the closing shift or the opening shift to make sure the store was clean. They did a very poor job of it and when speaking with a manager about it, she didn't seem to really care that the store looked that way.

At this location of the people behind the counter, looked dirty, were not wearing hairnets while preparing food and basically ignored customers. I had a mobile order to pick up and went inside to get it. The person that gave me my order, perhaps a manager, gave me my order and did not even say thank you. Another employee came out from behind the counter with a cup in his hand, walked right in front of me and did not even say excuse me and then cut in front of me again to get back behind the counter and said absolutely nothing.

Every time I have went there in the evening or night (and not even during a special promotion time), I have stupidly waited up to 2 HOURS AND THEY STILL GET MY ORDER WRONG. EVERY. FREAKING. TIME. I have no choice due to being a delivery driver. There is barely any cars there and it's that slow. Train your staff or something. THEY NEED MAJOR ASSISTANCE. ALSO THE FOOD IS SLOPPY AND COLD AND JUST ALL AROUND GROSS! IF U DON'T BELIEVE ME, READ THE REVIEWS!!!! DO SOMETHING THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON AT LEAST A YEAR NOW!!! P.S. IF I GOTTA WAIT AN HR OR 2, AT LEAST FILL MY POP UP!!!!
