  Location of this DD Is great, as the trains are all right there to grab something quick. But you'll definitely miss all your trains waiting for a single item here. There is no customer service here, no one greets you are even attends to you. But the ladies there all talking and laughing with each other, and what ever they make, doesn't even have any standards. When you ask for something it's like their mad for interrupting their conversation. This only happens on certain days when the staff changed and new people were working at this location a few months ago, they were 5+ stars but these people doesn't just doesn't know how to even give the bare minimum. They completely missed the entire mission statement with that shift.

  The food and coffee is the same value as every other Dunkin, however the service leaves something to be desired. I'm unsure what language the women who always help me speak, but its certainly not English. This always causes a lot of conflict for us, and I normally have to correct my order multiple times once I've already received it. They're kind, but its a bit of a nuisance to have to say "large ice coffee" repeatedly at them until they understand.
