The place is a mess, the food is expensive and poor quality. Maybe go to other McDonald's and see how it's supposed to operate. I call to ask for refitication and I am told there is none unless I go back to sign for money back or to get the missing items. For the amount of money employees make, they should be able to read a receipt and make simple orders correctly. Again mangers do your job, owners look at the poor quality your business is putting forth. Fix it or close it down.
