My daughter received a Happy Meal toy that happened to be a snake, and she was genuinely scared of it. I politely asked if we could exchange it for another toy — especially since I could clearly see kids at other tables with different toys. The toy was unopened, and I explained the situation multiple times, but the staff still refused and insisted they “can’t do it,” without offering any alternative or even showing empathy. It was a very small request and would have made a big difference for a child. I understand if there are policies, but a little flexibility and kindness would go a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left us very disappointed.

I don’t know how McDonald’s standards are not working in here. The fries were not hot but not 100% cold. It’s like 1 out of 10 warm. It made the fries not tasty at all. So did the other foods.
