Horrible experience, will not be going to this location again. Breakfast ends at 10:59, ordered breakfast through the mobile app to pick up before then to give time to be ready. When I went to pick it up, they told me my order didn’t go into the system until after 11. Asked how that’s my fault and asked if they can make an exception since it was ordered prior to the breakfast deadline. I was told they have “ no more breakfast items”. I Was then given the runaround by 3 different employees, one being a manager. Asked how I can get a refund as to which they said I have to call corporate and there’s nothing they can do. They were quite literally laughing in my face while I was asking for help and suggestions.

I am furious. My husband went there specifically to get the grinch fries, came home excited to eat them and low and behold they forgot to put the seasoning packet in there. Now he has to drive all the way back there. They had one job to do to make it grinch fries!
This is the third time they’ve forgotten to include items in his order and we do not live around the corner. We have to deal with route 32 traffic which is a headache.

I've had countless issues with these incompetent employees since the opening.
-They forget items and tell you "too bad" when you come back the next day for the items
-They don't pick up the phone EVER, makes it hard to let them know they messed up your order
-They can't read instructions (extra onions, NO pickles does not mean give me 6 pickles on a burger)
These people need to be fired or re-trained because it's a complete mess right now. Maybe get some of the people from the Monroe location to help these people out. The chipotle across the road is a much better option. If I'm ordering ahead on the app, why am I being told to pull up and wait an extra 5-10 minutes? They've had months to get it together and just can't seem to do so.

New location supposedly built for efficiency and speed, but its the opposite. Walked in with my young daughter at like 11:50 on a Monday. No one around. I used the kiosk. Waited 10 minutes for food. No one around. Bathrooms dirty middle of the day. No one cleaned them recently. Prices better. Longer to order because machines are hard to navigate. No playpen. This is like a normal location which acts like a compact location. Would not come again until they get their act together.
