You’ll see your order just sitting back there getting cold, but you can’t get it handed over to you because there are NEVER any employees paying attention to whoever’s standing at the pickup counter. What’s worse is that even after an employee eventually notices you standing there from their periphery, they’ll continue to pretend that you’re invisible. This location desperately needs a new manager who is actually motivated to introduce the concept of customer service to the employees.
