I tell you what I didn't like most about my visit, the managers attitude when I use promotional coupons that were legitimately given to me by family members who work for the owner. While standing in front of the register just after ordering, I could clearly hear the manager say "That guy really pisses me off!" To which I loudly replied "I do have ears! Excuse me, do you have a problem with me?" I repeated myself several times, but the coward behind the counter didn't address me at all. Maybe it's time for management to get a refresher course on public relations. If Grant, the owner, doesn't want promotions to be honored, maybe they should think before they hand them out. If I were the owner, I might consider reading some of these legitimate comments, and maybe consider who I would have in charge of my business. I certainly wouldn't pay employees $16/hour to insult my customers.

We purchased 3 big breakfasts back on 9/6 via the mobile app. The pancakes were hard and all of the hashbrowns were missing. I reached out through the app and received a boilerplate email with no further resolution. If you like missing and inedible food, this is the location for you.
