Arrived at the drive thru with no other vehicle infront of me received half my order told to pull up to the drive thru parking n wait for the other half… waited for 15 mins while other vehicles behind me received their orders. When I approached the window no one was aware there were vehicles waiting for their food myself bore the immediate vehicle that was behind me who was also told to wait . When we finally received our order they were incorrect. Every time I visit this location it’s nothing but incorrect/missing items and disappointments.

The staff never greets you, never apologizes when something is wrong, and it feels like customer service is not a priority at all. This issue seems to start from management and trickles all the way down. I hope they take the time to improve, because right now the experience is consistently frustrating. Lets not forget the amount of times I have seeing employees in their uniform by the back door also setting around smoking weed..
