- M2max 2Oct 23, 20251.0I have never seen a franchise run like this before. Ordered a Big Mac and double 1/4 pounder and was served with old meat without the middle of the bun on the Mac. They apologized, made the order again the exact same way. Asked to speak with the manager and she said they don't have buns and that is the way they have been serving them all night. Terrible disposition and bad attitudes. When asked for a refund, the manager said come back tomorrow because they do not do refunds. The young kid with a hair net was the most disrespectful individual i have ever met. Wow!!! Unfortunately, I will have to take this further. The community deserves better!

They serve you poorly made food, for example: cold bread, burnt burger meat, and cold fries . This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience at this drive-thru location. Won’t go again.
