  Title: Unprofessional and Disrespectful Staff Behavior Review: I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts on Sunday, November 16th around 7:40 AM, and I was shocked by the unprofessional behavior of the manager on duty. I ordered a chocolate latte and four bagels, and when I politely asked for bagel cream cheese — which I had accidentally forgotten to mention at first — the manager immediately responded with attitude and disrespect. She spoke rudely to me while I was calm and respectful, making comments that were unnecessary and uncalled for. There was another customer in the store who also seemed uncomfortable with how she was talking. He ended up canceling his order because of her behavior. This was not just a minor incident — her unprofessional attitude created a tense and unpleasant environment for everyone in the store. Staff in management positions should treat customers with respect, no matter the situation, and this kind of behavior reflects very poorly on the location and the Dunkin’ brand overall. I hope management addresses this issue immediately to prevent future customers from having the same negative experience.

  This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’ location. I placed a mobile order for an iced Americano well in advance, and when I arrived, there were three staff members on duty, including the store manager—and absolutely no other customers in line. I politely approached the manager to ask if she could check on my mobile order. Her response was shockingly rude and dismissive. She said, “I can’t hear you,” without making any eye contact, showing zero effort to listen or help, and completely ignoring basic courtesy. Her tone and body language made it clear she had no interest in assisting me. I had to ask another staff member for help instead, and thankfully, this young woman was kind, respectful, and professional. She immediately helped me and made sure my drink was prepared. I truly appreciated her attitude, it was everything the manager lacked. Frankly, I’m stunned that someone with such poor customer service skills is in a managerial role. She is not only unqualified for the position but is damaging the reputation of the Dunkin’ brand. I will not return to this location and strongly advise others to avoid it if you expect even basic respect as a customer.

  The service is too slow there are a lot of people in line and the people working there dont care about the line. They said they dont have something i asked but it was displayed right there.
