  Unbelievable when the manager actually hangs up on you. First I call to place an order and the phone starts ringing forever and then I call back to see if my order was completed and the lady transfers me to the manager that tells me to order online and hangs up on me. Last time I order online and I ended up waiting an hour longer when they got the order wrong. I witnessed multiple people that arrived and had to wait forever due to workers not getting the order correct. Real bad place.

  Ok I understand they are new and trying to get going but they absolutely need to work on their costumer service. Ordered a pizza on the app which told 45 minutes. Ok no problem. Get there manager said 10 to 15 min longer. Not happy but it is football Sunday so Ok. Looked at the app which tells you how long it went from saying 45 to 27 to 60 minutes. So when I asked the girl that is now behind the register if she knows what is going on her answer to me and everyone else who asked was "it's probably in the oven." Then when we asked if she could check She said no. She was very unpleasant and rude. She needs to get more trying on how to work with people. We won't be back

  Horrible conditions. No staff. Ridiculous. Seriously the pizza hut express in target in Depew, ny. NO LONGER EXISTS IN THAT LOCATION. I wish I had known that before taking the 46 min trip out here. Thanks pizza hut you stomped on my dreams
