I liked that I could my review options without the pressure of holding up the line. It also lists calories for each option, so that's a big plus. All in all, it's intuitive and convenient but only for younger, tech savvy users. Traditional "walk up and order from a person" is still available. The meal was actually brought to our table. That's a nice touch and a big change from the the "bare bones" McDonald's experience of my childhood. The employees are all polite and professional. They are the polar opposite of the stereotype of the checked out food service worker. The food itself.....well. It's McDonald's. It's an American icon. You love it or you hate it. You don't need a Google review for that! Otherwise, the Chester Ny franchise appears to be well run and clean. Just be careful in the parking lot! Super busy, and people are not always on the lookout for pedestrians.
